Terms of use
These terms cover the YardRelay website at yardrelay.app and the YardRelay beta waitlist. YardRelay is a product of SUDO Group, LLC, an Arizona company (“we”, “us”). By using the website, you agree to these terms. The YardRelay apps aren’t available yet and will have their own terms.
Using the website
You’re welcome to use the website to learn about YardRelay and join the beta waitlist. Please don’t:
- sign up someone else’s email address without their permission;
- submit the signup form automatically or in bulk;
- try to break, overload or get around the website’s security, or reach parts of it that aren’t public.
The beta waitlist
Joining the waitlist tells us you’d like to hear about the YardRelay beta. It doesn’t guarantee an invitation, and it doesn’t commit you to anything. YardRelay is in development: its features, timing, availability and pricing may change, and we may change or end the waitlist at any time. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your email address.
Our name and content
YardRelay™, the YardRelay logo and the website’s content belong to SUDO Group, LLC. Nothing on the website gives you permission to use them, other than to share links to the website or talk about YardRelay.
No warranties
The website is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about it, express or implied, including that it will be available, accurate or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, SUDO Group, LLC isn’t liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the website.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the website will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Arizona.
Changes
We may update these terms. We’ll post the new version here with a new effective date, and it applies from then on.
